We’re excited to announce that, due to our remarkable and continuous growth over the past year, we’ve packed up our bags and moved to another brand-new location!
The new office is in an up-and-coming area on the south shore of Montreal— very close to the highway with easy access from the Greater MTL area.
Last month, Rootree’s Founder and CEO Phil St-Cyr was a part of PAC Packaging Consortium’s ONEOF100: Diversity of Thought Summit livestream on YouTube. In late 2019, Rootree collaborated with HP, sharing Rootree’s commitments to sustainability and growing the business.
As the third recipient of our RT | Foundation Award, we knew that we wanted to help a company that expressed our core values of sustainability and community – which is why choosing K9 Kelp was so easy! This year, Rootree had the honour of placing second in the Sustainability category at the 2020 Inkspiration Awards, presented by HP and Dscoop! In 2015, HP and Dscoop teamed up together to create this award as a way to celebrate their community and to inspire them to push the boundaries of what’s possible with HP’s digital printing presses!

I am thrilled to share with you an exciting update regarding our compostable packaging.
Thanks to our diligent and dedicated team and partners who have spent several years performing research and development, we have developed a new lineup of compostable packaging that is greener, stronger, and better than ever.
We have heard the exploding demand for e-commerce-friendly compostable packaging, and we are thrilled to see the desire for such environmentally friendly options within our community of businesses; now, more than ever, is the time for us to be taking care of Mother Nature.
To say that Rootree is committed to sustainability would be an understatement; just as you wouldn’t say a tree is committed to producing oxygen - as it’s a force of nature, it just does it. In the same fashion, sustainability is deeply ingrained into Rootree’s DNA, and one doesn’t come without the other.
This is the beginning of an exciting chapter, and I look forward to sharing even more offerings in the future. Thank you for joining us on this journey of sustainability and making this world a brighter, greener place.
